Life is empty

No matter how beautiful the world is, if you have no one to share it with life would seem empty and meaningless. I have been hearing the saying “no man is an island” through all my life and I thought that there might or could be exceptions but I guess not.

Just like in the photo, the patterns made by the rows of trees and benches for me is beautiful but the emptiness of the place makes it a depressing scene. Fill this photo with families and couples and it paints a brighter picture. It serves a better purpose.

Photo taken near SM Mall of Asia with Canon EOS 600D 18-135 kit lens.
